![]() ![]() In the end, my opinion might be a bit biased because I have lived a similar life to the protagonist, I have felt and gone through what he has which is why I loved the show. The story might seem a bit cliched to some but as I have seen with time, it is best to go in a show with an empty mind and just focusing on what is being shown as only then you can truly appreciate any show. The last few episodes of the show are actually heavy and impactful and the music makes you feel the atmosphere of the show. The music definitely is one of the stronger points of the show with each soundtrack fitting the scene perfectly, not to mention that the ED2 is really good. The characters were fair overall however not much focus was given on the side characters and which definitely leaves you wanting more of their sides and stories.įinally, coming to the animation, particularly in season 1 their were a few scenes which felt rushed, however, I personally don't mind such things as long as the plot is holding me. That being said, Ito is definitely one of the best friends an MC might have had in a show. While I loved the relationship between the two MC's, and no how matter how much I loved Ito and Ishino individually, I particularly felt that their relationships with Ayado and Takanashi respectively were way too rushed and did not feel good. The romance in the show however is a bit of mix which correlates to the characters. ![]() ![]() This in my opinion, is actually a really accurate depiction of how someone as introverted and socially awkward as him would be when he were dating someone, and that too someone as out of his league as her. Their relationship is exactly what someone might expect it to be, Tsutsui lacking any social capabilities and being someone who has not even talked to girls that much before faces trouble dating Igarashi, in understanding her, knowing what makes her mad. However, the theme of the show is romance and just like that Iroha Igarashi Tsutsui Hikari was the one of the most relatable characters I have ever seen in an anime, because he definitely is pretty much like me. Note: This review is a review of the entire series and not just season 2.ģD Kanojo is a rather interesting series showing the life of an otaku, or in particular I should say, how they deal with the realities of the world.Īs several of us watch anime sitting in our rooms, we tend to become introverted and lack the social abilities that help us fiiting in. ![]()
